What was that old show on the CW where it was kind of like the O.C, but not really?

I totally blanked on what it's called. all i know is that the commercial for it was really weird, and it was this guy saying "nothing changes if nothing changes. nothing changes if nothing changes. nothing changes if nothing changes." That's all i remember.
