Please help, question about the brain and behaviour, 10 points?

I asked this before but didn't get a comprehensive answer so I'll ask again; how does a reverse-wired brain affect a persons behaviour? By reverse wired I mean that the person uses their left hemisphere for right brain thinking and their right hemisphere for the left thinking. Please explain this phenomenon!
