Is there anywhere I can get a decent student loan these days?

Well after being ed around for 2 months by AES which is through SunTrust they tell me I have until today by 9pm to get a co-signer even though they originally told me I didn't need one. I got my co-signer to call today and AES reneged and said that it was too late. They are s. But anyways my question is, is there anywhere that will give me a student loan that doesn't have to go directly towards the University, and I wont have to pay back until months after I graduate, and lastly doesn't have a huge interest rate? Thanks for your help.
