Europe, Australia, South America, Asia, and most of Africa are run under what Americans would consider liberal?

conditions. They have free college and health care for all citizens. Sometimes it is paid for by taxes like in Japan and France, and Sometimes it is paid for by shared resources like in Venezuela and China. The only countries that would be considered conservative by US standards would be 3rd world hell holes like the Congo in Africa. Why do people think conservatism is a good idea if it works no where else?
