Do I have pneumonia or bronchitis?

I'm 16 years old and a few days ago I got a sore throat. Later last night I started getting a runny nose. I took some Motrin and put some vick's rub on my throat. I woke up this morning and it got somewhat worse, but not too bad. I decided to stay home from school anyways and before I went back to sleep, my dad said gargling salt water would help so I did that for 5 minutes, and put more vick's on my neck and chest. I woke up around 11 am feeling worse than ever! I couldn't breath without having to cough and when I did, it hurt my throat and chest so bad. I'm trying hard not to cough and can't eat anything. Do I have bronchitis or pneumonia? Do you think I should go to the hospital? What can I do to help me?
