Can this sphinx/dragon deck win a tournament?

this deck will never win in a tournament. before you create a deck you need to actually learn how to play the game and know the rules. yugioh is a complex game with many many rules. it takes a lot of time to learn all the rules. you dont even have pyramid of light in your spells. you cant summon the spinhx. all your cards are overpowered. you need to sacrafice weak monsters to get summon strong monsters.
