WHY IS THE RNC EXPLOITING 9/11?

I find it very appalling that they keep exploiting us with September 11th!!! They seem to be exploiting a lot of things here like McCain being a POW!!! Why do you think they do this? Why do they use scare tactics instead of just regular talk about the issues? All I have heard is false attacks so far, but no issues about they are TRULY going to do. Is this how the conservatives work?
