What the heck? Is this possible?

Okay, So my cousin is pregnant, and we're really close, Like brother and sister. I'm 19 yr old gay male and she's 22. And 8 weeks pregnant today, and I realized that she was pregnant before she did. well she told me, and a few days before I had huge cravings for Marsh mellows and Hershey's chocolate. So right away I knew someone was pregnant. This has happened to me before with my mom and my aunt. who I'm close too also. and I get the cravings and the morning sickness and the fatigue. Is it possible? to have the feelings like that? and know that someone in your family is pregnant? idk if this makes any sense. but I'm just curious. Any answer would help! thanks for your time!
