Tokyo, Bangkok, Mumbai, or Singapore?

My sister and i are trying to decide where to go. She's a flight attendant, so certain areas are cheaper than others. Tokyo, Bangkok, Mumbai, and Singapore are all around $200 round-trip for me, and $40 for her. we cant make up our mind of where to go. i know you guys always have opinions, and we would love to hear them :)
