My Cat Moans a lot more like a meow-howl. Whats wrong with her?!!?

Well it's probably because she's sad. Cats have feelings and friends just like people, so the dog dying probably made her depressed, which actually happens. Even if she does have new friends, the dog was probably her best friend. I recommend spending a lot of time with her to make her feel better. Just make her feel loved.
