If a cop sees a car ping another car on a 2 lane road and the car being ped speeds up?

Technically you aren't allowed to speed. Technically the person ping was breaking the law ONCE THEY SPEED UP. They are likely to get the ticket because the person who was speeding up to prevent them from ping wasn't breaking the law IF the other person wasn't speeding(breaking the law) to p them.
