I want to sue a immigration consultant. How much can be the legal expenses including lawyer & court in UAE?

My immigration consultant( quite famous in the UAE) has provided me false information for the acceptance of my case to canada due to there non professionalism. This resulted in monitory losses to me in preparing doentations and other legal formalities etc. I want to sue the company to apologize to me (mainly), get monetary compensation ( If possible) and to make them behave properly with clients ( as compaies feels that they can treat any one the way they want and they will not answer to any one) . Can any one recommend or guide me to select a lawyer. I will prefer a lawyer who can claim his fees from other party as i cannot afford heavy legal expenses.
