Do I have appendicitis? My lower right back is hurting and I'm a bit paranoid.?

My lower right abdomen (on the backside) has become an increasingly aggravating source of pain over the past hour or so. This feeling occasionally spreads to my front side stomach area. Could I possibly have appendicitis? I do not have a fever, irregular bowel movements, or change it appetite. Could someone offer some insight into this?
